By engaging Sustainable Car Services for automotive detailing or spare key services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sustainable Car Services.

2. Service Description

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Automotive detailing services (Essential, Premium, Luxury packages)
  • Turn Ups quick maintenance services
  • Spare key cutting, programming, and duplication
  • Emergency lockout assistance
  • Mobile automotive services

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate vehicle information and contact details
  • Ensure vehicle is accessible at scheduled appointment time
  • Remove all personal belongings before service
  • Provide proof of vehicle ownership for key services
  • Inform us of any vehicle damage or issues before service begins

4. Liability and Insurance

Sustainable Car Services carries comprehensive liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or issues with your vehicle. Any concerns should be noted before service begins. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A convenience fee may apply to credit card transactions. Returned checks will incur a $35 fee.

  • Warranty void if vehicle is damaged or keys are altered

Key Service Requirements

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Proof of vehicle ownership (registration or title)
  • Vehicle must be accessible for programming
  • Additional fees for specialty or high-security keys
  • Emergency lockout services subject to verification

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Terms

  • 24+ hours advance notice: No cancellation fee
  • 12-24 hours notice: 25% cancellation fee
  • Less than 12 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
  • No-show appointments: Full service charge

Rescheduling

  • Free rescheduling with 24+ hours notice
  • Emergency rescheduling accommodated when possible
  • Weather-related rescheduling at no charge
  • Multiple reschedules may incur administrative fees

Refund Policy

  • Full refund for services not yet performed
  • Partial refunds considered on case-by-case basis
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Quality issues addressed with re-service or refund

Emergency Exceptions

We understand emergencies happen. Medical emergencies, vehicle breakdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances will be considered for policy exceptions. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
